Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative
Location: Columbia, MD (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
